Designer dreamhouses built for dolls. Hey Barbie, can we move in?
Barbie’s iconic Malibu Dreamhouse just got some competition. Los Angeles firm Richard Manion Architecture constructed ten modern dollhouses for twenty of Los Angeles’ biggest interior designers to deck out to their heart’s content—and by deck out, we mean deck out. The houses, which will be auctioned off April 17, have been furnished with scale-model versions of modern couches, chairs, tables, drawers, carved ceramic fireplaces, professional landscaping, and one with a miniature electric guitar and tiny records.
