Where else can you buy stylish Louboutins', part of the Berlin Wall or a grilled cheese sandwich shaped like the Virgin Mary all in the same place? eBay Inc. has been focusing on revamping its offices to create a more stylish work environment. Tom Edwards, senior manager of Global Design and Construction, who helped lead the design team, says that eBay literally took down the cubical walls, providing for a more productive, eco-friendly atmosphere.

Edwards worked hard to focus on the employees and incorporate their feedback into the office redesign. The new office environment is geared towards giving everyone an equal playing field; for instance all employees sit at the same style of desk. A shared working environment allows for everyone in the office to learn from one another.

A Pez display is on a wall in the lobby of the main visitors building and is a fun way to show off the story behind the company.
