Ukrainian-born and Los Angeles-raised Katie Hodges is a rare self-taught talent in the design world. While pursuing a medical degree, Hodges discovered her artistic inclination and quit her master’s degree program to take on an interior design internship by day and an AutoCad drafting education by night. One year later, Hodges earned a position working for one of L.A.’s top design firms and quickly climbed the ranks, managing a roster of high-end interior design projects before moving on as a lead designer with Meredith Baer Home.
