LAB ART Los Angeles, a gallery known for its focus on street art, has teamed up with Sole Bicycles to premiere custom designed fixed bicycles by 12 influential street artists.

Interior and lighting designer, Linda Allen, spent years searching for an elegant outdoor/indoor fixture free from the constraints of a cord and plug. Never being able to find one, she set out to design her own.  Two years later, the debut launch of Allen's energy-efficient, eco-friendly and wireless decorative light fixtures has finally hit the marketplace.

Get cozy this fall with pieces from the new H&M Home collection. Paying homage to the American prairie and the chilly season up ahead, the line incorporates a palette of bright autumnal colors, nostalgic patterns and 70's inspired touches. Key products for fall include faux fur and soft knitted cushion covers in natural hues, candles in glass lanterns, tea towels and more. Accessible and affordable, the latest range of textiles for the home also offers select items made from organic cotton.

What started in 1997 as a joint venture between Jamie Young and David Jeter, has grown from a few select pieces to thousands of product offerings. Lamps, lighting, furniture, pillows, textiles, mirrors, handbags and jewelry now make up the line.  Today, Jamie Young Co. is known for specializing in on-trend collections of posh products influenced by styles and looks from all over the globe. We love Young's latest line of campaign tables, which feature mango wood finished with hand forged iron.

In 2010, upwards of 4,000 pieces were donated. With two new buildings in the pipeline, in addition to the 22 buildings owned and operated by Skid Row Housing Trust, items are desperately in need.

"Eames: 2 Chairs, 2 Records of the Design Process" will be added to the Pacific Standard Time initiative, a collaboration of more than 60 SoCal cultural institutions telling the story of the birth of the Los Angeles art scene.

It's been over a year since environmentally conscious group, LA Box Collective, debuted their first collection of modern eco-furniture, "So Happy Together," at downtown Los Angeles' Fifth Floor Gallery. Though the hybrid art/design gallery hosts a wide range from designers and architects that rotates every 1-2 months, fans of sustainable, locally-produced designs can find exclusive pieces thanks to Fifth Floor's newly launched online store.
