1. Who is your biggest role model? Susan Collins Weir: My grandfather – I was raised next door to him and worked for the family business, a 125-year-old lumber company since a young age. Arthur had an amazing work ethic and taught me the value of promptness, systems and our customers.

1. Who is your biggest role model?Julia Morgan. Not only was she the first woman to attend the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris but also the first woman architect to be licensed in California. She designed institutions which served women such as the Berkeley YWCA. 2.

1. Who is your biggest role model?Steve Jobs. My first job out of college, I was his assistant. It’s an amazing feeling to be around someone who not only loves their job, but also feels like he is changing the world with his vision.

1. Who is your biggest role model? Joe Nyiri, my art teacher from high school.  2. Which movie or play do you wish you could have designed the set for? Like Water for Chocolate. 3.

1. Who is your biggest role model?I have quite a few role models. My father taught me the grace of integrity, my dance company director taught me to hold steadfast to an enduring work ethic, my colleague, Catrina Cooper shows what straight-talk looks like.2.

1. Who is your biggest role model?I have been fortunate to have many influential mentors during my design career.

                  July 4th is a great opportunity to entertain. Spirits are high and everyone loves an excuse to relax in the grass or by the pool with family, friends and great food.

1. Who is your biggest role model?  I would have to say Ivanka Trump because she is a great businessWOMAN, a mother, entrepreneur, and seems to strike a great balance among them all.
