Back in the ‘80s, artists and urban pioneers nested in the vacant industrial buildings in Downtown, Los Angeles forming the present day Arts District. Among the architectural gems, a former beet storage warehouse built in 1906 metamorphosed into the 2nd Street Lofts. This space, revamped by Nadia Geller Designs, received some extra special finesse.
