Target’s cheap and chic aesthetic just got a makeover—with a bold emphasis on chic. The debut of their hotly anticipated new home brand, Threshold, marks the last in-house label to make the switchover to its own line, free of the trademark bullseye logo. The inspiration behind the line’s name is a nod to feeling right at home as soon as you step through the door (across the “threshold”), which is reflected in the look of the collection— homey with modern updates. Industrial and brass accents, and use of cooler colors, are a fresh, contemporary twist on traditional pieces.
