Real Estate Report: Linea Rises on Market Street


The gleaming new condo project Linea— on a site previously occupied by a gas station– is almost finished and expected to be ready for occupancy at the beginning of March. With a design by the global architectural firm Arquitectonica, the elegantly-finished and stacked boxes of glass and aluminum line one side of Market Street at Buchanan Street (above) and with units priced on either side of a million dollars, the building is almost 50% sold. Below, renderings of the resident’s lobby and the Buchanan Street facade, with the project under construction this week:
