New Luxury LA Rentals Defy Expectations

With a booming rental market, developers in Los Angeles are bringing architecture, high design and amenities to their latest upscale offerings. Currenty in pre-leasing phase (which means “almost finished”) developer Crescent Heights is delivering Ten Thousand Santa Monica Boulevard, a gleaming tower designed by eminent architect Gary Handel on the cusp of Beverly Hills and Century City.

With high-ceilings and luxury finishes, the spacious 2- and 3-bedroom units are more like luxury condos. Plus they’ll have unobstructed views from the mountains to the ocean.

But what really sets the project apart are the elegant lobby and amenity spaces designed by interior designer Shamir Shah, providing a welcome private respite from LA’s sometimes too-vibrant personality.

It’s an exceptional mix, with two pools, private cabanas and multiple lounge spaces supported by full concierge services, plus a huge fitness center under the auspices of luxury gym guru Jay Wright.
