Matthew Perry’s Sublime Pad in The Hollywood Hills, Yours For $13.5MAuthor:Philip Ferrato
Where: 9010 Hopen Place, Hollywood Hills
What: Matthew Perry is spending less time in Los Angeles. His play The End of Longing opened in London last year (currently running in New York) and so his sublimely renovated c.1962 home came on the market last week. And while the house retains a lot of its 1962 vibe, it’s very much of the moment.
