The Sweetest Retreat In Napa, $2MAuthor:Philip Ferrato
Where: 345 Randolph Street, Napa
What: A warm, welcoming Craftsman Style in the middle of Napa’s Old Town, this classic 3-bed, 2-bath 1911 bungalow is perfect for entertaining. Plus it has a legal studio cottage with a bath and kitchenette, perfect for guests or short-term rentals. The interiors are exactly what you’d expect (or hope for) in a bungalow, with refinished wood trim and an open plan.
The entire attic level is dedicated to the master suite.
Not Just For Pizza: You can live out your pizzaiolo fantasies, but the wood-fired oven is an ancient, elemental cooking tool. Just ask Jamie Oliver. Personally, I’d give this oven its own Instagram account.
What We Love: The easy, interconnected entertaining spaces, like the kitchen, set between the living areas and a porch leading directly to the patio.
Downstairs, a utilitarian wine cellar.
The guest house, below, is all you need for a weekend.
More: Go to the property’s dedicated site for additional images and information. Represented by Agi Vermes Smith at Pacific Union International. Below, raised beds put herbs and vegetables withing easy reach.
