Come One, Come All: SFDC Sample Sale

Author:

As an editor, I’m lucky enough to get to spend considerable time browsing the gorgeous items in the San Francisco Design Center. But, like other mere mortals, I’m faced with two serious barriers to entry when it comes to actually bringing those covetable items home: the not-always-accessible price tags and, well, the fact that I’m not an actual designer.

Which I why I was so excited to hear about the SFDC’s Summer Designer Sample Sale happening the weekend of June 12 and 13—not only will select showrooms be open to the public, but they will be offering discounts of up to 70 percent off. If that’s not good enough, some of the city’s best designers and off-site showrooms— Kendall Wilkinson, Ann Getty, Eugene Anthony, Antiques & Art Exchange, Southall Antiques and more—will also be on hand with items at deep discounts. It will be a serious design-lover’s and bargain-hunter’s paradise.

And at the risk of sounding like an infomercial for a magical kitchen device, I must tell you, WAIT, there’s more! Just for CHDresource readers, you can print out a coupon for an extra 10 percent off a single item. Download it here.

Admission is free and parking is available.
