One of L.A.’s favorite haunts for one-of-a-kind vintage home furnishings and accessories, 45 Three Modern Vintage Home, is having a summer blowout sale beginning Friday and running through Sunday at their Fairfax Avenue store.

Through July 1, Propeller in San Francisco’s Hayes Valley is offering 15 percent off items from its newest line, QuickShip by Bensen, which features sofas, tables, desks and mirrors that can be in your living room within three weeks of ordering.

Sinan Revell at Cella
Cella Gallery
in North Hollywood presents “disambiguations,” a large collection of work by the multifaceted artist Sinan Revell. The show, which opens this Saturday with an evening reception, combines three interconnected, yet separate bodies of work.

SFMOMA Fisher Collection
After SF’s much debated Presidio museum project was scrapped, Gap founders Doris and Donald Fisher donated their more than 1,100 works by iconic 20th-century artists to SFMOMA, also offering to help fund a significant museum expansion. “Calder to Warhol,” opening Saturday, features more than 160 works from this collection and provides an exciting glimpse into SFMOMA’s future.

The Kay House
The Kay House
, built in 1965 by Architect Bodrell Joerdan Smith, features twin sky-lit pavilions that cantilever from a hillside just above the famed Sunset Strip.
