Hollywood Hills Estate Sale
A historic Hollywood Hills home will be the scene of a major estate sale this weekend. All the custom furniture, Art Deco light fixtures, high-end kitchen gadgets, barware and even patio furniture will be available to these who snag their tickets at 7 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

New to Market
Market SF is San Francisco’s new weekly artists’ market going down at 2565 Mission Street. Each week features 25 to 50 local designers and artists, as well as a revolving cast of vendors. This week includes sculpture from Aplushplush, stained glass from Eri Kawaguchi and so much more.

Rummaged Art ot Fraenkel Gallery
The Fraenkel Gallery in san Francisco handed artist Katy Grannan the keys to their closets, allowing her to rummage around in racks, print cabinets and storage for materials to create her own work of art. the resulting installation, “They knew What They Wanted,” is now up at the gallery.

Italian Import
Italian artist-architect-designer Gaetano Pesce will be in L.A. this weekend to promote his first solo West Coast exhibition, “Pieces from a Larger Puzzle” at the Italian Cultural Institute.  The exhibit showcases his experimental works in polyurethane foam, resin, and plastics that he’s created for such companies as Cassina, B&B Italia and Meritalia.

Oakland Mansion with History
In the market for a mansion? This 11-bedroon, 5-bath, 7,000-square-foot Tudor revival in Oakland should fit the bill.
