Apologies, but I’m a little slow on the uptake this week. I’ll blame it on a busy weekend that culminated on Sunday with hours of rocking out at Outside Lands. It was fun, but my residual tiredness might be proof positive that I’m getting too old to be burning the candle at both ends. So this week I’m daydreaming about curling up in bed–namely one decked out in sheets and blankets from Coyuchi.
The Point Reyes-based home textiles company specializes in bedding made from 100 percent certified organic cotton. It’s as soft and can be, and comes in a range of muted tones that are both easy on the eyes and easily mixed and matched. But really I think it’s the product shots of pillowy beds set amidst those rolling, almost virginal Northern California hills that are the most delectable. Coyuchi, take me away! They’re a welcome sight after the patchy dirt fields awash with plastic beer cups on view at the concert.
