At Wayfare Tavern in San Francisco, Tyler Florence is sticking to the classics, cooking up standards including fried chicken with buttermilk brine and sinfully delicious deviled eggs. Lori Yeomans is designing all three of Florence’s new restaurants (Rotisserie & Wine and El Paseo) and outfitted Wayfare with vintage maps, paintings and an array of taxidermy on the walls.
