The South Bay company is hosting their annual Boneyard Blowout from August 23 to September 4. The event, beloved by design fans and deal seekers alike, features tiles (all manufactured with recycled materials and sustainable practices) at 50 percent off retail price.
Fireclay Tile has three new products that, with any luck, could be found in the Boneyard event:
The Debris Series features tiles made up of 62 percent recycled materials, more than any other tile on the market, including granite dust and used sandblasting abrasives.
The Vitrail Series is inspired by European stained glass and has rich colors and detailed patterns.
My personal favorite, Claymonde Ceramic Sheets, are large, flat and durable. They come in two sizes: 6 x 36″ and 12 x 36″. Because of a proprietary rolling technique, they are super-thin and tough. It is a very modern take on the subway tile.
