British Route Sign Designs Trunk Show This ThursdayAuthor:Lily Gahagan
For a big, graphic statement, there’s little better than one of those old bus route signs that have quickly gained popularity over the past few years. But if you don’t have the wall space or are simply looking for a new interpretation of the trend, Collage Gallery has you covered.
This Thursday the Potrero boutique will be hosting a trunk show with work from British Route Sign Designs. Yeah, it’s pretty much exactly what the name implies, except that instead of leaving those signs in their natural form, the company has branched out, using the white–font–on–black–background motif for upholstering chairs, sofas — you name it, they very well might have it covered.
And not to stop there, British Route Sign Designs recently took the look even further, opening up SheSpoke, a new clothing line made with those same ubiquitous signs. They’ll have both collections on display at the trunk show, should you be in the market for a graphic pop in either your home or wardrobe. More information available here.
