Design Buzz: New World Centre by Frank Gehry

The New World Symphony’s orchestral academy designed by Frank Gehry just opened its doors this past January, but it is already generating a great deal of buzz in the design world.

Located in Miami Beach the New World Centre includes a 756-seat performance hall surrounded by “sails” which are used to reflect sound and act as projection screens.
