NotNeutral Pops Up In the Desert

Just in time for Coachella, or the annual White Party if that’s more your thing, comes this bright and cheerful pop up shop from modern design company NotNeutral. An offshoot of L.A.-based architecture firm Rios Clemente Hale, the line of table ware (the espresso cups created for Intelligentsia are a favorite), gardening and home decor debuted yesterday in Palm Springs.

Located next door to Design Within Reach on N. Palm Canyon Drive, the store is stocked for summer, with weather-resistant patio pillows and outdoor lanterns. There’s also a rug gallery featuring the company’s hand tufted rugs from India  (GoodWeave-certified to ensure no child labor was used in the manufacture).

The pop up is in the historic  El Paseo Building, a “Spanish Eclectic” complex recently redone by RCH. The building is a Class 1 historic site and known for its open air paseo and internal courtyard. The store is open until May 31st and is located at 800 N Palm Canyon Drive.
