Restoration Hardware Opens West Hollywood FlagshipAuthor:Marissa Gluck
Restoration Hardware is going upscale. Or more precisely, even more upscale. As part of its rebranding effort, the furniture and housewares company has opened a two-story showroom in West Hollywood in a former Williams-Sonoma store.
The 24,000 square foot showroom on Beverly Blvd is just down the street from the new Boffi showroom, showcasing high-end kitchen and baths, that also opened last week. (And is just a few blocks from the newly opened Blu Dot on Melrose Ave).
The showroom features RH’s new product lines, including its polyhedron pendant, hand-tufted leather seating, and reclaimed French floorboard tables. The shop also includes a tea “atelier” by Bellocq. RH and Bellocq will be serving complimentary tea to clients and packaged teas are available for purchase as well. The store has also transformed some of its parking spaces into a garden courtyard with olive trees and a fountain. So while this may look very European, it will still feel like L.A. when you drop off the car at the valet.
