Liven up neutral living spaces with these vividly patterned, handcrafted pieces from designer Fabienne Jouvin. Shaping vivid bits of enamel and flattened wire using an ancient Chinese metalworking technique, Jouvin creates  contemporary cloisonné objects that pop. The painted porcelain designs are eye-pleasing and functional, ranging from covered tea jars, covered catchall boxes, vases, plates and bowls.

Select and one-of-a-kind pieces from the suzani cloisonné collection are featured at the award-winning shop at L.A.’s Craft and Folk Art Museum (CAFAM).

Small Cloisonné Plates, $45 each, feature bold, circular designs in colors that pack a punch.

Jouvin’s Cloisonné Boxes, $160 each, are perfect for stashing jewelry and other small objects for safe keeping.

The porcelain objets d’art can be found at The Shop @ CAFAM in Los Angeles or online for purchase.
