The New Mod FireplaceAuthor:Lindsey Shook
Just a few years ago, Phoenix-based metal artist, Brandon Williams, had set out to acquire a sleek, well-designed outdoor fire pit so nights with the family could be spent around the fire. The task proved to be far more challenging than Williams had expected.
Noticing a gap in the market, he set out to create his own vision.
Now, the Modfire collection has arrived. A modern take on the outdoor fireplace, each is hand-rolled into a streamlined cone and finished by one of the studio’s steel artisans. Fireplaces come in both The Natural Steel (wood-burning) and in the Painted Modfires (propane only).
Prices range according to size, starting around $1,100.
