Design Buzz: The 2012 Richard Frinier Collection for Brown Jordan

Of course, the impending release of new luxe outdoor lines from a brand like Pasadena-based Brown Jordan, makes it even easier to evoke wonderful sunny summer days.
New to this year’s line-up are are two compelling designs from the 2012 Richard Frinier Collection for Brown Jordan: Elements and Swim.
Elements was created to bring thought to what can be achieved using the various elements of good design and stylish forms. Uniquely shaped and artfully crafted design pieces combine a new hand-woven and mohair-textured Resinweave® with powder-coated aluminum frames, set the stage for functional and flexible exterior and interior spaces.
With its linear profile and Versatex® mesh taut sling upholstery, Swim represents a fresh, light and active perspective for outdoor and casual living spaces. The overall clean lines of the piece, and simple angular detail of the backrest suggest both movement and activity, even at rest.
Both collections boast dynamic forms, thanks to the unique use of diverse materials, elegant new fabrics, and subtle color combinations. Swim and Elements lines will officially launch through trade and retail channels for the 2012 season.
