319 S. Robertson Blvd., LA
Designer Erinn Valencich proves without a doubt the industry maxim: Interior designers aren’t personal shoppers; they are problem solvers. In her 11-year career designing homes and commercial interiors, she has created dozens of custom pieces when off-the-shelf items just wouldn’t do. Her 40-piece line—as well as some of her favorite pieces by fellow designers—is now available to the public at her new 5,000-square-foot showroom, Erinn V Maison.

8211 West Third St., LA
Nina Freudenberger of Haus Interiors comes to LA packing some serious style and star-power cred: Since her NYC boutique opened in 2009, it has been a popular spot for serial decorators (and recessionistas—most items are priced under $300), and the spotlight-stealing blonde was tapped to design the offices for Downtown Records. We’re glad she’s crossing over to the West Coast for her boutique’s second location, a midcentury shop on fashionable West Third Street.

Valor Kopeny
Community & Co.
8259 Melrose Ave., LA
Community & Co.’s founder, Jennifer Ridel claims to be the antithesis of Martha Stewart, preferring mismatched disware and pleasingly imperfect vintage accessories and furnishings. Her shop not only features lines from new-to-the-scene designers (Eskayel, Modfire, Foundation) but also is the exclusive carrier of pieces from Charles Hollis Jones, who popularized Lucite furniture in the 1970s and continues to design from his Los Angeles studio.
