The sustainable, minimalist spaces in the Center will be revamped to resemble a wild habitat, and the art of Laura Cunningham, focusing on native landscapes of California, will be featured in the Hazel Wolf Gallery.
The fauna need not go hungry or thirsty as Trumer Pils, Square One Organic Spirits, The Red Door Catering and Barefoot Wine will provide the food and drink. Tickets for the party are $25 and guests are encouraged to dress for a walk on the wild side.
The David Brower Center is a stunning LEED-Platinum rated building in downtown Berkeley, created to inspire environmental and social action and named for David Brower, the father of the modern environmental movement. In only three years since it opened, the Brower Center has been recognized with over twenty major awards and accolades from partners in government, the private sector, and the green community.
