The 2012 San Francisco Fall Antiques Show is dropping anchor at the Fort Mason Center Festival Pavilion October 25-28. The pirate talk isn’t just because the thought of antique booty makes us feel all swarthy, it’s because the SF antiques show will have a nautical theme inspired by the iconic America’s Cup, hosted by San Francisco in 2013.

This year’s show, sponsored by California Home+Design, will feature decorative and fine arts relating to the ocean, boating, and travel, but please, leave the swords and eye patches at home.

“With the preliminary races at the start of the month and our show at the end, October will be filled with excitement about sailing,” says Lisa Podos, Strategic and Creative Consultant for the show. Inspired by the world’s most prestigious sailing race and our venue’s stunning location on the Bay, the show will feature the very best of nautical art and antiques.
