You’re Invited: The Reality of Design with Kourtney Kardashian and Jeff Andrews

Author:

Interior design has taken on a starring role in television, movies and pop-culture, from Mad Men to Million Dollar Decorator, and today’s biggest stars care as much about who designed their living room as who designed their red-carpet gown.

That is why when California Home+Design was asked to host this year’s keynote at Westweek, we immediately had stars in our eyes. So we invited one of our favorite designers, Jeff Andrews and one of his celebrity clients, Kourtney Kardashian, to sit down with us for a one-hour conversation about what it’s like to design in the spotlight.

Kardashian worked closely with Andrews to design the homes she shares with her partner Scott and their two children, Mason and Penelope, as well as the three Dash boutiques that she runs with her sister, Khloé and Kim. Andrews also designed the home of Kris and Bruce Jenner, where much of Keeping Up with the Kardashians is filmed, so he’s used to his work being seen by millions more than just those that live within the home’s walls.

On March 21 at 10 am in the PDC’s Silverscreen Theater, I will sit down with the high-profile pair to discuss how they’ve maintained their strong partnership despite tight deadlines, globetrotting itineraries and rolling cameras (and, of course, the drama!).

I really hope you can join us for what is sure to be an intriguing and lively discussion (and undoubtably packed, so arrive early to get a seat!) And make sure to bring along your own questions for Kourtney and Jeff—if you can’t make it, submit your questions in the comments below and I will add the best ones to my Q&A.

See you in sunny LA!
