The Guest List : Keys to the Kitchen’s Aida Mollenkamp at Snaidero USA
Author:Abigail StoneCalifornia Home+Design and Snaidero hosted the Cooking Channel and Food Network star Aida Mollenkamp at the Snaidero USA showroom on Robertson for a book-signing and cooking demonstration. Mollenkamp’s new cookbook Keys to the Kitchen was just released by our sister company Chronicle Books this past Fall and we were ecstatic to get her inside of the Snaidero kitchen to whip up some of her famed healthy concotions. At the event guests learned how to make a few delicious recipes that Mollenkamp proclaimed as “West Coast Eclectic” (which is just our style!) straight from her book and website. Mollenkamp made her Carrot Cumin Farro Risotto, Smashed Pea Bruschetta, and delicious Strawberry-Cardamon Mascarpone Tartlets as a dessert. The only thing that was dreamier than the food was the beautiful Snaidero kitchens, can a girl just have it all?
