Design Daily: Tilt Box by Pfeiffer Lab
Author:Abigail StoneFounder of Oakland-based Pfeiffer Lab, Eric Pfeiffer set out to craft a low storage system that would be simple and modern, but ultimately useful. This is how Tilt Box was born. As one of the studio’s latest pieces, it falls in line with their other designs, all of which are built to last and be enjoyed.
Tilt Box is a low bookcase and bench that is made of solid maple wood. It features three trapezoidal dividers that can either disappear into a clean line of books, or can protrude and separate the Kurt Vonnegut from the Emily Dickinson. Very important stuff!
Think of Tilt Box as a timeless piece with utility built right into some good old solid maple. You’ll appreciate and love its simplicity forever.
