Giveaway! Eva Zeisel: Life, Design, and Beauty
Author:Sarah Virginia WhiteOver the course of her nine-decade career (!), the name of ceramicist Eva Zeisel became synonymous with the flowing, organic forms she favored in midcentury industrial design. By the time of her death in 2011 at age 104, she had been one of the first women to be honored with a solo show at MoMA, had designed lines of housewares for scores of design firms, and had become an internationally recognized artist.
