Out On The Town: Opening Night At The Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade
Author:Lindsey ShookThe Opening Night of the 106th Annual Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade took place on December 17th at the Balboa Bay Resort. This Southern California holiday tradition lights the Newport Harbor with an array of festively decorated yachts and boats and has once again proven to be a huge success. It was an especially fun-filled evening with Newport Beach natives, actress Leslie Mann and actor/singer Mark McGrath, presiding as the Parade Grand Marshals.

The parade kicked off with remarks from the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce President Steve Rosansky and Newport Beach’s new Mayor as the parade of magnificently lit boats floated past the Balboa Bay Resort.
