By our records, this $22 million project is the snazziest venue for K–12 students we’ve ever seen. Designed by Rachlin Partners, the state-of-the-art performing arts center features computer-operated sun louvers (solar shading fins that open or close to let in more or less light), a bold red circular stairwell as the building’s centerpiece, and an acoustic quality on par with world-renowned facilities. Add this to your list of must-see stops on a road trip inland from LA.
