Who doesn’t love lunch for a good cause? Throw in a Trina Turk fashion show and you’ve got a can’t-miss event.

The Parca Auxiliary’s 27th annual luncheon and fashion show takes place Wednesday, May 13 beginning at 10:30am, and the event is sure to be a success. Happening at a gorgeous private estate in Hillsborough, the Japanese garden-themed event will be catered by St. Clair’s Gourmet Catering and includes a fashion show honoring Trina Turk’s 20th anniversary.

Showcasing iconic looks spanning Turk’s impressive career, the show will also feature Project Runway season 12 first runner-up Alexandria von Bromssen of Red Square Boutique, and local merchants Sam and Gloria Malouf. But that’s not all—attendees can also walk away with some major parting gifts courtesy of a raffle, live auction, and silent auction.

But the real gift is at the core of The Parca Auxiliary’s mission. Since 1985, the group has been raising awareness and support for the Parca Organization, which provides programs and services to Bay Area adults and children with developmental disabilities and their families. The event raised over $200,000 for the cause last year, thanks to 400 generous guests, and the Parca Auxiliary has raised over $2 million to date for the Parca Organization.

To snag a seat and donate to a great cause, email parcapublicity@gmail.com. Tickets are $135 per person and 100% of proceeds from the event go directly to the Parca Organization. Sponsorship levels range from $250-$5,000+.
