Social Style: DesignLoveFest On InstagramAuthor:Candace Abbott
If pretty things are your thing and traveling from spots like Berlin to Tuscany to Las Vegas in search of lovable design is your speed, then you need to follow Bri Emery, the grand gal behind the DesignLoveFest’s Instagram.
What Bri does is create magic in her LA studio where she is the Creative Director of a lifestyle blog (DesignLoveFest.com) that’s filled with fresh flowers and even fresh design. And there’s no doubt that she has an knack for transforming her space thanks to her IG feed. Her studio, which gets tons of snaps, is an enchanting mix of boho meets industrial chic. Brick walls, high ceilings, bogulevilla, and peacock chairs? We’ll take it.
But just as quickly as you fall for the décor, Brit transforms that space. The place is an ideal for photo shoots, just toss in a pink couch, fuzzy pillows, and a MacBook or sweet-as-pie pink parties. It’s also the perfect place get get your practice on and Brit and her crew have no problem doing that.
The DesignLoveFest love doesn’t stop in the studio, Brit brings takes her magic on tour. Like when she did a living room redesign with a teal couch and brushed gold coffee table. We wouldn’t mind living there. Then again when she was the mastermind, with the lovely golden locks, behind the Show Me Your Mumu Malibu Beach soirée. She even managed to score floral coffee cups. A genius move.
In between making spaces pretty and the world a bright and more beautiful place, Brit skips around the globe. One of our favorite spots was her trip to Tuscany which included the world’s most magnificent fruit cake.
No stranger to the selfie, Brit takes them wherever she goes and we’re totally fine with that since she’s got a great smile.
So when the world gets you down or you just can’t find the right tile for your kitchen remodel or the right bedroom hue or the perfect peonies for your dinner party or need some help laying out your appetizer spread, open up Instagram and go straight to DesignLoveFest where you’ll get just the inspiration you need.
