Fort Mason Will Be Flooded With Talent This Weekend For “Make Room: Modern Design Meets Craft”
Author:Lindsey ShookFrom July 31-August 2, 2015, Fort Mason Center will feature the very popular showcase put on by the American Craft Council (ACC). This year, Make Room: Modern Design Meets Craft is inspired by the four elements and room vignettes will incorporate pieces of fine craft that will embody Mother’s Nature’s finest: earth, air, water, and fire. From furniture to light fixtures, textiles to sculpture, there will be plenty of artistry highlighted throughout the weekend.
