With the last days of summer drawing near, it’s time to gather friends and family and soak up the last rays of sunshine while we still can. What better way to do this than with some casual outdoor entertaining, a classic game of bocce ball, refreshing cocktails, and some great music? Bring on those last days of summer, we’re ready to enjoy them in style.

Kettal Bitta Daybed

I love a large daybed for group lounging with the loved ones. The texture from the braided fabric on the Kettal Bitta Daybed is fantastic!

Christopher Farr Cloth Outdoor Pillows

Christopher Farr Cloth has amazing exterior fabrics for vibrant colorful pillows to add to your seating.

Pottery Barn Café String Lights

As day turns to dusk, stringing café lights adds to the casual ambience.

J. Franklin Bocce Ball Set by Terrain

Keep the party rollin’ with a game of bocce ball. I love the idea of using an antique bocce set, but the J. Franklin set from Terrain is really nice and could be a great gift as well.

Crate and Barrel Nairobi Oval Planter

Greenery and sculptural planters, like the Nairobi Oval Planter from Crate and Barrel, help create a natural organic environment.

Altavista Lanterns by Casamidy

My favorite lantern is the Altavista from Casamidy, it mixes rustic with modern and metal with leather perfectly. These are great for decorating the dining table or lighting a pathway.

Paloform Firepit

If the party continues into the night, a firepit is always a bonus. I’m loving the shapes and colors that Paloform firepits offer. Don’t forget the s’mores!

End of Summer Cocktail

My new favorite summer cocktail, recently discovered at The Carneros Inn, is appropriately named ‘The Refreshing Slice’:
