Summertime is renovation time! Before friends and family flood your home for the holiday season and before it’s too chilly outside for those DIY projects, get your home renovations started! To help you get inspired, Cosentino has recently launched several new surfacing colors to its Dekton line.

A KBIS 2016 favorite, Trilium was the most anticipated surface to reach the market. Trilium is the first of its kind in more than one way, it is the first Dekton color to be made from recycled materials and it offers a truly unique appearance. Although smooth to the touch, Trilium captures the visual textures and color variations of aged and oxidized stainless steel making it the perfect surface for your industrial style loft, fireplace surround or outdoor kitchen. Not familiar with Dekton? Dekton is an ultra-compact surface with superior resistance to scratches, stains, UV rays, thermal shock and also has very low water absorption. It’s a highly durable material perfect for both indoor and outdoor use and provided superior aesthetic appeal.

Also included in the spring color launch was the XGloss Natural series. Offered in three sleek colorways, Glacier, Fiord and Tundra, the series offers a modern take on some of the most sought-after marbles. These are high-gloss, reflective surfaces with the same durable features of other Dekton materials that meet the rising trend for all things lacquered. When thinking about opportunities to incorporate these three marble-like surfaces, the applications possibilities are endless. Your flooring, kitchen countertops, bathroom vanity, and even your dining room table could use a little luster and the Natural series is the perfect fit.

Dekton can be used for more than just countertop installations. Featured as flooring in this home, Dekton’s resistance to scratching and staining make it perfect for high traffic areas such as your kitchen or living room.

Modern meets rustic in this design to create an outdoor oasis constructed with a material that will last. Built with durability in mind,  this spacious outdoor lounge is complete with custom dining and coffee tables made of Dekton Entzo and Trilium as well as a Dekton Aura fireplace.

Waterfall islands are all the craze and Dekton Glacier wins in overall appeal. Glacier embraces delicate, warm veining with creamy undertones to capture the natural, dramatic beauty of its namesake. With its aesthetic appeal and high durability, it serves as the ideal countertop surface.
