A Designer’s Perspective: Nate Fischer Shares Insights from the Monark Costa Mesa Grand Opening
Author:Lindsey ShookAmong the guests at the Monark Showroom grand opening in Costa Mesa was designer Nate Fischer, who walked us through the showroom that features the latest and greatest appliances, demonstrating what sets Monark apart from other retailers.
“The showroom is well laid out, and allows you to see how new appliances would look installed. You may not consider appliances as a design feature, until you see what Monark has on display. They have done a fabulous job of showcasing the style and features of each option” says Fisher.
In fact, Fischer admitted to being obsessed with KitchenAid’s new black stainless finish that is between their standard stainless and black finishes. This sharp aesthetic is also fingerprint-resistant. The knowledgeable Monark staff was also on hand to help explain the different features their brands have to offer.
“It was great to meet all the local people involved with the new opening” says Fisher “the staff was so excited and prepared to open the doors and get to business.”
When asked what Monark does better than other retailers, Fischer had this to say: “This showroom focuses on one thing and one thing only – quality kitchen appliances. There are not many places where you can deal with someone that is a true specialist in one category. They are not selling bathtubs, electronics, or carpet, which means they focus their knowledge on the one thing you need.”
