Flexform San Francisco Debuts the ADDA CollectionAuthor:Lindsey Shook
Gregory Herman, owner of Flexform San Franciso announced the launch of the ADDA collection designed by Antonio Citterio. The new collection features a modular sofa and armchair that embrace clean modern design while featuring more transitional details that offer maximum comfort. The distinction of each piece is found in a thick relief stitching found on the cushions, that accentuates where impressions are made from sitting.
Both the sofa and the lounge chair appear as if they are floating due to Citterio’s creation of die-cast aluminum legs. The light, airy base offers a subtle elegance to an otherwise heavy sofa, that has optional configurations. “The ADDA sofa has great detail,” says Herman. “I know it will resonate well with our San Francisco customers because the back is taller offering more support and comfort, which is at the core of how we live.”
“Until now, Flexform has not offered a large-scale upholstered armchair,” says Herman. “The ADDA armchair features arms that are relaxed down and it’s not too deep and not too low.” The ADDA will be arriving at the San Francisco showroom in late summer 2017. Herman and his team are set to open a brand new showroom in Los Angeles in early fall 2017 that will feature this collection and more.
