Taylor Made: Will Taylor of Bright.Bazaar’s Collection For grandinroadAuthor:Abigail Stone
You can’t miss Will Taylor of Bright.Bazaar: a self-confessed gentleman hooked-on-hue whose motto is: beige is boring, Taylor sees the world through not just rose tinted glasses but one that filter his adventures through a whole rainbow of bright lenses. Though vivid, his “make you smile style” is approachable and, despite its colorful underpinnings, soothing and calm.
So it was only natural that he paired up with grandinroad when it came time to designing his first home goods collection. The company is known for their colorful, quality items.
The 40 pieces in the Bright.Bazaar Collection, which includes furniture and tabletop, lamps, pillows, rugs and storage, fuse clean Scandinavian lines with coastal comfort. Here, practicality marries charm: a coffee table’s tray is ideal for carrying drinks and appetizers to and from the living room; side tables nest neatly inside one another; hanging wall storage can hold magazines, towels or wine bottles. Neutral furniture — a sleek sofa, a white desk, a round breakfast table, a textural cabinet — are an easy foundation on which to layer Taylor’s colorful accessories and bring his easy-breezy, nautically-influenced “make you smile style” into your own home.
