The event, co-hosted by Mickey Riad and Maury Riad of Fortuny and Chuck Comeau, founder of Dessin Fournir, featured performances by renowned operatic soprano Summer Watson who sang several Italian classics throughout the night. Welcoming Fortuny to Los Angeles, notable guests enjoyed cocktails al fresco in Dessin Fournir’s stunning courtyard and toured the 425 square foot dedicated Fortuny space that “was designed to immerse our clients for just a moment in Fortuny’s rich cultural heritage,” said Comeau.

The evening also served as a benefit for non-profit organization Venetian Heritage, which aims to increase awareness of the immense legacy of Venetian art in Italy.
