Tineke Triggs Reigns Supreme at the 2018 Designer Mix-Off: Holiday Edition, Hosted By The Bath + Beyond
Author:Michelle KonstantinovskyOn November 14, California Home + Design hosted yet another exciting (and delicious) Designer Mix-Off, this time with a special holiday twist! The festive event took place at San Francisco’s The Bath + Beyond, and attendees were treated to an array of beautiful, spirited, spirit-driven cocktails, all assembled with love by some of our very favorite designers.
But in the end, only one mixologist could come out on top. After a tight Instagram voting race, Tineke Triggs prevailed with her red and green Feliz Navidad, made of mezcal, contreau, lime juice, cranberry juice, an cinnamon simple syrup. The beautiful beverage was served with a chile lime salted rim and garnished with a lime wedge and cinnamon tree for the ultimate sipping experience.

Jeff Schlarb kept things simple and straightforward with The Rooibos Old Fashioned, made with rooibos tea, Demerara sugar, bourbon, and Angostura bitters. Erin Martin brought a pretty party vibe with her Grapefruit Negroni, made from gin, campari, vermouth, and grapefruit juice. And finally, Will Wick’s Mexican Air Force One delighted taste buds with mezcal, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, and fresh lemon juice.
