Located in the heart of Century City, award-winning interior designer Kristi Will just unveiled two rare turnkey offerings—a three-bedroom, five-bath unit and an adjacent two-bedroom, three-bath unit—in the iconic Pei Cobb Freed & Partners glass towers that are fully furnished and impeccably designed for prospective buyers. “Each residence is designed, not staged,” Will explains. “We curated every space as though a new homeowner would move in tomorrow.”

Taking her design cues from the L.A. itself, the expansive 10′ floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views that stretch from the Pacific across the city, and an abundance of natural light. The Late Modernism architectural style of the 44-story towers also served as both a muse and challenge. “Angled walls and unconventional geometry required careful spatial planning to ensure the interiors felt intimate and grounded,” she recalls. “Comfort and tactile materials became central—we chose a rich palette of textured fabrics, wool and silk rugs and sheer drapery to bring warmth and softness to every space.”

Throughout each room in both units, Will and her team installed luxurious, custom finishes and solutions intended to remain durable and stylish for generations to come. A Snaidero designed kitchen features bespoke details, elegant marble and is appointed with accessories from Heath Ceramics and Nickey Kehoe. The spacious primary suite that commands sweeping views of the ocean and adjacent golf courses, is anchored by a spa-like bathroom. Outside, a nearly 20-foot terrace provides idyllic indoor/outdoor California living, where homeowners can dine al fresco or mediate on memorable sunsets.

“In today’s market, luxury buyers value immediacy,” Will proclaims. “Designing and furnishing a home at this level requires tremendous time and intention—there is something quite compelling about moving into a residence that arrives entirely complete.” Subtle nods to fashion are woven throughout with accessories from Hermès, Dior, Louis Vuitton and Loro Piana—matching the elevated, tailored feel of the interior selections. They dreamt up a dedicated listening lounge and stocked it with a curated vinyl collection sourced from L.A.’s beloved record destination Supervinyl, for the potential audiophile buyer.

What makes this unit so appealing is the adjacent two-bedroom condo—also designed by Will—that can be seamlessly connected to the primary residence via an existing hallway, creating either an expansive single home or a private guest wing. “This offers a rare opportunity to assemble a property of this scale, cohesion, and grace within an L.A. high-rise,” Will remarks.
