Since debuting nearly 15 years ago, Oregon’s Brasada Ranch has continued to evolve and elevate its offerings to keep enticing new and returning visitors. Starting this month, the chic rustic retreated is launching a new outdoor adventure program called Outside Brasada, which is sure to draw a whole new crowd of outdoorsy thrill seekers.

Located just outside of Bend, in Powell Butte, Oregon, Brasada Ranch offers an array of accommodations, dining experiences, recreation and wellness activities for all ages. Winter travelers can now book a Snowcamp Weekend, which includes the unique experience of sleeping in an outdoor snow cave in the Deschutes National Forest of the Cascade Mountain Range. The weekend includes an evening of homemade s’mores, a day of snowshoeing followed by digging into a snow drift and retiring into a handmade cave for the night, a campfire-cooked meal and local libations, and an outdoor morning meal.

Pricing for the Snowcamp experience is $600 per person and just under $3,000 for a family of four.Guests who would prefer to skip the intense stuff can luxuriate in a number of Brasada Ranch amenities including Spa Brasada, which features an integrative menu of body, facial, and beauty treatments. There are also year-round hot tubs, an indoor lap pool, impressive fitness studio, and jaw-dropping golf course.

The 1,800-acre residential resort community also features multiple real estate offerings – from custom homes to rental-ready cabins. The Brasada Ranch accommodations include 91 luxurious cabins and eight suites, and the resort was the first newly constructed destination resort in the U.S. to receive LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
