With a goal of fulfilling his long-standing dream to create an expansive wall of light—designer Erwan Bouroullec recently made it a reality with the introduction of Maap. Designed in collaboration with FLOS, the piece is available in three distinct sizes, each offering an ambient glow that is diffused through an ultra-lightweight tear-resistant fibre material. It is sculptural yet feels like a fluffy, crumpled cloud.
