Messermeister x Middleton Made Knives for World Central Kitchen

Starting tomorrow through Thursday, a very special auction will go live featuring 20 hand-crafted, chef-grade knives made by acclaimed bladesmith Quintin Middleton with a hand-forged Messermeister Meridian Elite blade made in Germany. The collaboration unites two great stories: Quintin’s journey as a Black bladesmith and the history of Messermeister, a woman-owned, family-run company with a long commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability. But the best part—100% of the proceeds will be donated to José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen—in support of their tremendous work of providing meals to communities impacted by disasters and crises around the world.
