Keeping an eye on Queer Eye Star Bobby Berk

Author:

From the award-winning designer who makes us laugh and cry while transforming spaces on the hit Netflix show, Queer Eye, Bobby Berk introduces his new furniture collection with A.R.T. Furniture.  With much anticipation, design enthusiasts now have the opportunity to bring the quintessential look home with his expansive collection selection that features pieces for the bedroom, dining room, living room and outdoor spaces.

If you’ve seen the show or have followed Berk’s impressive design career, then you’re familiar with his minimalist and stylish approach to urban living.  While Berk now lives in Los Angeles, much of his unique appreciation and nod to modern design is inspired by his time living in New York where he first built his brand.  That singular approach to interior design is carbon copied to his meticulous product design that fits seamlessly with a variety of design styles.

Berk’s versatile line offers a new spin on many classic pieces that put an emphasis on effortlessly tasteful details.  The collection features walnut dressers and sideboards with subtle geometric patterns, lush, streamlined beds, and sleek, comfortable upholstered sofas in a variety of fabrics and finishes.  You can find hints of masculinity with rich leathers and his signature pop of black that adds sophistication to the inviting, warm and organic line.

“A.R.T. has a long history of producing incredibly beautiful furniture collections,” says Bobby Berk. “From the moment we started working together, I was blown away by their manufacturing capabilities and their commitment to bringing my design ideas to life.”

The collection, which launched at High Point Spring Market this April, is now available to the design trade and available at select e-commerce retailers this fall.  And if you’re like me, already waiting for the next season to come out, you can also eye some items from the collection in upcoming seasons of Queer Eye.
