From brunch to shopping and fun inside an airplane, the California Home+Design team connected with top designers, architects and brands in honor of the annual celebration. Here, we share a few fun moments.
de Gournay Brunch at The Colony Palms
A select group of designers enjoyed brunch hosted by iconic hand-painted wallpaper and fabric house de Gournay at The Colony Palms. Creative Director Jemma Cave and Sales Director Georgia Messer presented the latest collections including the new embroidered wallcoverings.
Palm Springs Modernism Show & Sale
Designers and collectors flocked to the annual Palm Springs Modernism Show & Sale to discover rare treasures and vintage finds. Outside guests were greeted by a Pro Platform module by Connect Homes that was furnished by Australian furniture maker Coco Republic, while inside Coco Republic partnered with L.A.-based lighting maker Studio M to curate a high-design lounge that showcased pieces from their latest collections.
Taking Flight at the PS Air Lounge with CW Stockwell
To complete the night, CW Stockwell and California Home+Design invited guests to take flight inside the PS Air Lounge a unique speakeasy that can only be found in the desert of design.
